One idea my mother and I had while out curating images was to show a little bit about the history of the town I want to talk about. Plaques like these are dotted about outside the Art and History Museum and other locations in Downtown Douglasville. What better way to help illustrate a connection to the past of my home than with a history lesson left behind by those who came before.
