My family and I today share a very close bond, and we often find many things to share in. The stress of the recent pandemic and the complications therein tested those bonds however. Arguments became commonplace and trust was shaken in many ways. However, nothing brings a family together like a good story. We recently started following the tales of James Herriot through the series "All Creatures Great and Small." This tale would ironically tell of how I was reminded that stories can bring families, friends, and communities together, and teach powerful lessons that resonate with us, and remind us of the value of our bonds.
